Very good food, even better when soda doesn't cost extra!

22 December 2020. After passing by many times without stopping, I visited this place for the first two times in my life. The experiences were satisfying: delicious rieska bread and all-you-can-eat table. The lunch table cost 10,00€ when I was there.

Stopped for dinner when trucking south, we asked for fish burgers, which were, at first, not an option.

After a few minutes, the chef rustled up a couple of the best salmon burgers we've ever eaten. They really should be on the menu, they were excellent.

Nice and cosy place to have a lunch. Best fresh flatbread (and other bakery delicates) to go. And the most important thing for travellers: neat toilets as you can expect in Finland.

Very good stop. Alot of different food options and the bakery provides baked goods to take home or enjoy on the spot. Also serves hard alcohol and cottages for weary travelers.

Great value for money! The food is very good and we loved the lunch buffet. Perfect for a stop on your way to Rovaniemi.

This was a bit strange place. First impression gives you an image that it's a place that has some quickfood flatbread (rieska) to eat. That would've been great.

It was a bit disappointing to find out that there wasn't any unique or even special way to serve flatbreads. I was expecting to find a flatbread delicacies with some sort of fillings and eat it at their terrace. Instead it's a bakery that makes and sell these flatbread and other pastries. They're really fresh and apparently really famous around this neighborhood.

There's a lunch restaurant here that serves typical Finnish food. Then there's a cafeteria which had a malfunctioning espresso machine when I visited here so I got regular drip coffee. You also can have comfort food from Scan Burger that has strange similarities with this place outside signs which might be the overall reason why I thought it's a place to get flatbread comfort food at the first glance.

Interesting other thing that you can get here is their rental accommodation which offer couple apartments.

On the top of all there's gas station services too in case you don't have enough fuel or other things to continue your journey.

Overall experience of this place isn't bad at all. I just think it might give a bit misleading message if you don't know this place beforehand.
