Their lemmonpepper burger is really great! I recommend it 100%. For the chicken wings it’s a little bit saltier than the last time I ordered here, but usually I order Kotkot from Helsinki area. But overall, great food, especially the burgers, it’s a little bit difficult to find the parking space if you’re using google maps, so I recommend going to the other side of the building a little bit in front of Fat Lizard and you can see the passage way to the parking spaces at the back of the building.

Kotkot is a brilliant place to eat. I ordered and ate there many times. The burgers are cheap and very tasty. Juicy meat, spicy sauces and brilliant chicken. The wings were crunchy but a little bit expensive (6x 6€). However they are worth the price! The fries are nothing special. Just regular fries.

The service: They are a great and hardworking team but a little bit slow. Like once it took them 1h30min to get my order finished. However they are only three persons and also very kind. Because once they forget to add fries to my order and as an apology, they added (of course my fries) and a complimentary kot.original burger to my bag.
Shotout to the nice lady at the counter! You made my day even better :D.

I have visited this place several times. Overall I think the concept has potential but there are a few things that must be mentioned. First the good. The staff is friendly and the food is tasty overall. Fries are rather basic but chicken is solid. Most annoying thing is they don't have ketchup for the fries. Sure you can buy dipping sauce but these are not appealing to me. Sell me some ketchup please! so I dont need to walk to Alepa. Second, drink options are kind of weird for my taste. Can you please sell me some water? Third the place has a pop up restaurant vibe even though it is permanently situated in Abloc. That vibe uses to be fine when the place is new. At some point I realized I was dining inside a recycling station. I understand space is limited but still. Food is nice but these are the reasons why I don't eat here more often.

UPDATE: They fixed the recycling bins and the layout is better. But the food quality has dropped hard. Lemon pepper burger was soggy. Fries were double cooked. And still no ketchup!? Every place in Europe gives free ketchup except this place. Will avoid from now on.

Was super happy to find a KotKot in Espoo are, a bit worry before visit since the restaurant only ~3/5 stars review. And finally got disappointed with foods and experience: Not even close to lemon pepper taste. No crispy at all. Sadly, the worst kotkot experience.

Well 100% honest review, it's been the last few days we have experienced the worst when it comes to ordering the food, seems like the owner intentionally wanted to dump the company. From our 5 Stars rating to -100 stars. Seems like the owner was in some NASTY P-uzi when he decided to change the whole setup including preparing the food. Last few days we saw that the people had to wait 30 - 50 minutes to get their food. In an hour I saw more than 16 people cancelling their orders WITHIN an hour. Someone can correct my math by 16 orders 10h everyday =?
Maybe the owner will wake up or get out of that dream soon. Unless he/ she's Finnish and want F Up the company.
This was the BEST PLACE IN THE AREA now it's WORST. This place used to Full at this hour. But now , owner is sucking his thumb ? or someone's DK .

Loved the burgers though I had to wait for my burger so long that my friend had already finished his burger.

Burger (double) was very tasty though at first I had to figure out how to eat it as it was so big ?

Will be visiting KotKot again for sure!

The food is very well-made and service is also efficient. Sometimes, the waiting time is little bit longer but mostly it was busy/peak hour. Especially, in otaniemi, it would be go to go place for student craving for chicken burger and fried wings.

The burger kept Kotkot's reputation. The lemonpepper wings are a bit saltier than kot classic wings. Can't ever complain about price and service are excellent.
