1. The owner is super sweet.

2. The iced milk coffee tastes exactly like the really good shops in Vietnam – finely crushed ice, super tasty, and rich in flavor. Honestly, even in Vietnam it’s not easy to find one this good.

3. The broken rice is delicious, highly recommended. The fish sauce is a bit lighter compared to Vietnam, so you’ll need to pour a lot more.

4. The crab noodle soup is about 7/10 compared to Vietnam.

My fav Vietnamese restaurant with Southern cuisine in Helsinki! Having coming here again and again, I never have to worry about the taste of whatever I order, cause everything is good and authentic. I really recommend visiting the place at weekend cause that’s when special dishes are served, or go for lunch at weekdays for cheaper price.

米粉的味道不错，但算不上特别惊艳，可能不是特别符合我的口味。整体是海鲜的味道，里面还有剥了壳的虾仁

SaiGon Café in Helsinki is a hidden gem that my husband and I absolutely adore! ❤️
Nestled in the food court of shopping mall Redi, it offers the closest and most authentic Vietnamese taste you can find in Finland. The cute decor and friendly staff add to the wonderful dining experience.
But the real star of the show is the food - it's always fantastic and deserves a rating of 11 out of 10! 🤤 My favorite dish, Bún bò Huế, is a true standout and I can't recommend it enough.
If you're craving a taste of Vietnam in Helsinki, SaiGon Cafe is a must-visit destination. Prepare to be blown away by the flavors!

One of the best places in town serving decent Southern-style Vietnamese food. Portions are generous, and the price-quality ratio is fair. They had the hidden menu every week published on their facebook page, which I ordered this time chicken cellophane/glass noodle.

However, the service felt a bit off, since they moved to this new bigger space. They forgot our order for 30 minutes, I reminded them once, and the waitress said it’d be ready soon. But after seeing other guests who arrived later get their food, we had to ask again - this time, she asked what we had ordered.

I can understand forgetting an order, but not even an apology or explanation? That’s just odd.

I would rate 10/5 about the food’s taste. I have tried many dishes and it always the best. Some special dishes are a bit pricey but as a Vietnamese, I know to make the dish like authentic, it requires many ingredients that are super expensive in Finland, so it’s worth for me.
The owner is well-known in Vietnamese community here about her food. So, I always recommend to my friends to come here if they want to try the authentic Vietnamese cuisine. My favourite dishes are Banh canh cua, and Bun Bo Hue. Bun mam is also really tasty.

In general, the customer service is not good enough, but the food always the best in Helsinki.
