I think it is the best place for lunch in the Innopolis ecosystem. They offer a good variety of salads, although they were missing fresh tomatoes. The main dishes were tasty, as well as the soup. The main advantage of this place is their desserts which are really nice! The service was friendly, but the only problem was the big crowd, even though there were still free places available.

Staff seems not to be interested in customer service. When asking for food, they give you a tiny portion of something and that's it - I asked for pork in sauce, I ended up having a few tiny pieces of pork and huge amounts of mushrooms that I do not eat (and that were not mentioned in the original menu). Left the lunch place with a half-empty stomach.

On a positive note, the taste of the sauce was pretty good, I just wish the warm food portion sizes were not designed for pre-school children.

Ruoka oli ok, ei saanut itse ottaa vaan annosteltiin pääruoka tiskin takaa. Henkilökunta ei puhunut suomea. Keittiöapulainen yski suoraan käteen ja pääruokien suuntaan. Sitten hän ei mennyt pesemään kätensä vaan meni suoraan hakemaan kastiketta.

Correct food but never very tasty, and unfriendly staff. No smile. The client is tolerated. You cannot take the food yourself, so you have to always ask what you want and discuss quantities, which is annoying. Much better offering at MauKas or Nova MauKas very near.

Good food. Service is terrible.

They have developed a new post-lunch hour concept that offers leftovers for a lowered price. The value for money is incredible. The staff seemingly does not enjoy the fact that concept is popular, so they are progressively trying to deter people from buying their services by adding additional loopholes for customers to jump through in order to gain access to the food.

First day the dessert was extra charge. Fair.

Second day you were not allowed to eat at the cafeteria. Understandable.

Third day the food queue was shuffled just cause. Okay.

Fourth day the dessert was fully excluded and unavailable for purchase. Hmm?

Fifth day the salad was fully excluded and unavailable for purchase. Uuh.

Sixth day the food serving was on a single cart, with most of the food on the lower shelves. I have a bad back, so crouching around for my food was just too much.

I assume tomorrow's progression is that the customer will have to grovel for their food.

If the problem was that people elect to skip the 10,90€ lunch at prime time for the cheap lunch, just increase the cost of the leftovers. Don't treat your customers like second-rate citizens.

The funny part with all this is that I would've been a happy and satisfied customer without this concept ever surfacing. 10,90€ is value for money when it comes to Tastory's superb and diverse offering. Them providing it later for as low as 3€ was amazing value. It is no surprise such a decrease of price would attract attention for the price conscious customer. However, instead of simply raising the price due to increased demand, they elected to cut back on the quality of their services.

I'll get my food elsewhere until I see improvement.
